At Dr. Woof Apparel, we want you to feel as good as you look in our scrubs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
